In order to do this, we have selected three certifications to regulate our work activities and to certify their efficiency:
UNI EN ISO 9001:2008
This standard establishes the requirements for quality management systems, and aims to ensure constant customer satisfaction by optimizing the organizational procedures and standardizing the operational processes.
UNI EN 15038:2006
This standard, which specifically applies to translation services, regards every aspect involved in offering the service, including quality control and traceability. For example, every translation requires the work of two professionals: a qualified translator and a linguistic reviser.
UNI CEI ISO IEC 27001:2014
This standard, which regards information security, establishes the requirements to be respected in order to obtain a system that's capable of protecting the information and data from threats of all types, thus ensuring their integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
What purpose do the certifications serve?
System certifications are a form of “indirect assurance” for the client, because they are procedures by which independent third parties give written assurance that a product, service, process, or person meets the specified requirements.
There's also the quality department
This department has been entrusted with the task of monitoring our clients' satisfaction, thus allowing us to intervene in the event of any problems: our work does not end with the delivery of the translated material or the provision of the service selected, but continues with monitoring and after-sales activities.
